It's pretty obvious where the current Cadillac's take their styling cues from. I saw a dark red Cadillac CTS 2 door the other week that I thought was a beautiful car only a little big for my tastes. I have to say that at least the current Cadillac's don't look generic like most all of the other cars available.

Looking at the specs, I think I'd rather have the 2.0 liter. It makes more torque, and the peak torque is available over a very broad range of 3000-4600 RPM, vs the 4800 RPM peak point of the 3.6. And the V6 is only available with the automatic, while the 2.0 has a manual available. Though I am surprised the auto isn't a 7 speed.
If they would really produce the Cien, I know several people that would jump at the chance to buy one. Myself included. I haven't seen very many 'Concept' cars that I would buy. But the Cien is one where I wouldn't hesitate.
There was some better footage of the car, from The Island. This is all I could find. (Has a lot of CGI effects.) Superb SciFi. See it if you get a chance.
And here's a photochop that Curly posted a while back.

I want to even drive the new hybrid! I just love the styling, I just can't justify having anymore vehicles until I hit the lottery or get a divorce. Which one is mostlikely to happen well ......
The Cien was one of a couple of ways I had thought of going with my '88, before choosing to go with a widebody 288, bottom of page 4 is fairly close to where I'm going with my car.
As much as I like the Cien, I want to drive it in my life, and I don't see that happening with the Cien, too much to create from scratch as a hobby, now if someone wanted to buy one and was willing to write the check, (a rather large one. ) That would be different.
