Washed the car today. Had a little helper. Got the 3800 running 100%. Final swap video on YouTube! Still working on the scoop, can’t paint it until it’s warmer out. Hopefully I can take this car up to the drag strip this year after quarantine is over. I still have few wipes and a steering wheel to install.
Finally put insurance on the car. I took it on it’s first real drive today, 25 miles. Ran great. Will hopefully get it aligned this week. I need to replace the front suspension bushings and ball joints first.
Alignment happened today. Also I installed the new steering wheel. Feels much better than the old squishy wheel. The car drives great. I have about 100 miles on the swap, it runs awesome. I still have to figure out how to calibrate the tach and have to finish the ac install. Need to get a line made for the compressor.
Put a video on YouTube about my first week daily driving it. Check it out here! It’s so much fun to drive. Subscribe if you want to see more. I have a couple more projects in the works.

Got the over the roof scoop repaired, painted and installed finally. I like it. Posted a video of the over the roof scoop process on the YouTube channel. Check it out! Subscribe if you haven’t already. 👍 https://youtu.be/nBBwNuCCs-8
Ordered a LED tail light kit for the car. Will be installing them here soon. I need to upgrade the brakes. I want to keep the parking brake functional so it might just be the front brakes. What are the best options for a brake upgrade on a 84 Fiero? Need to be able to work with the 16” centerline wheels.
