This isn't your answer but it interests me because I've considered doing a couple of them.

1) Are makers using fresh wiring for them, or is it sourced from used vehicles?
2) Where are the Fiero terminal blocks sourced?

Some of my connectos appear reused and some I can't tell. Not sure about the wiring. Some day I may reproduce this one for 5 speed Getrag and AC.

Thanks Quad,
Danny aka FieroFlyer also does harnesses.. I have stopped taking on orders a bit to get caught up and restructure how I been doing everything..
I am planning on building back an inventory and trying to keep several on hand to eliminate any wait , as I do this on the side of a full time job when my job requires more hours it makes it hard to finish orders, I have shipped out a harness at least every 2 weeks for the past 3 years..
Sour Mash , most rebuild from a stock harness ,I do keep all connectors etc to build a completely new harness and have built a couple.. I search for companies that still have c203 and c500 connectors but they have been discontinued for many years and are hard to find.. I will typically buy as many as possible when I find a company with them in stock.

Thanks, James. I've thought it over seriously and it's more than I'd be interested in taking on for now and did do some research on building process.

It's not hard... It takes time and patience.. I owned a car audio shop for 18 years and been wiring street rods for over 25 years..
For the going rate... And for what I spend on connectors pins , relays etc, it really isn't worth it but I do enjoy it... Between connectors , pins , wire and loom I have probably close to $3500 invested into stock it is a little compensation but tbh I could go get a part time job and not invest anything and come out better if it were just for the $$$
