What are the ohms per degree F for the GM temp sensor? This is apparently very difficult info to find.

CTS and IAT/MAT are the same values

Good question, but note that it these sensors (thermistors) are highly nonlinear, so "ohms per degree" doesn't really apply.

I always liked this one Dodgerunner interpolated from the FSM:
