Blackrams will be transporting the Fiero. It'll leave Kansas City in mid February.

All cleaned up and ready for transport!

A quick update for the thread. Blackrams picked up the car last week in Kansas City and got it dropped off in Florida this past weekend. He's truly a great guy and did an wonderful job! If anyone else were to get the opportunity to acquire his services to help relocate a vehicle, he'd come highly recommended from me.

Chris,
It was a pleasure doing business with you and I also enjoyed our conversations on a number of topics.
This I will say, with that occluded weather front that chased and then caught up with me just south of Memphis, made for an interesting trip. I'll just say this, there's some folks out there that don't recognize the need to slow down in crappy weather. Saw a bunch of that.

Thanks again, as I said, it was a pleasure.

Rams

My only experience shipping a car was with a broker in Florida called Mercury Auto Transport. They delivered a 2020 Chrysler 300 from Houston, TX to central/West NJ for $1100. It was the less expensive open transport carrier. $900 to the driver (Akmal Auto transport) and $200 to the agency. I thought that the price was fair and the car arrived in perfect shape.

Depending on when that occurred, that was probably a fair price. With today's fuel prices, I would be surprised if the price wasn't at least double that.

Yes that was before the Biden fuel prices kicked in. Be prepared for prices to go even higher.
