If it was me, I'd drive the front up on ramps and jack up the rear, including an extra pair of stands for safety's sake, then crawl under the car with an auto stethoscope. It sounds more to me like something rattling against the exhaust system.

Sounds like a loose heat shield to me. Remove heat shield and recheck for a brief period.

Several Heat Shields can get loose or hit something otherwise and make noise.
Just carefully pushing on a shield in different ways is enough to say what one is the problems. Example: Use broom handle etc to push one on lower front "firewall" from top w/o burning you.
Front shield have 4 very small screws to mount and often looses 1 or more of them or shield/bracket/both rusted out.
Shield may not be the problem but symptom for iffy motor mounts etc letting whatever to hit a shield. So you maybe still jacking the car after you find the area where noise is.
Also check Dirt Shields for rear brakes. Loaded "in gear" load the axles etc and noise maybe from that.
