We made these sail panels from tinted plexy. total cost about $50 !
This one was plexy prototype; was too dark. That's my friend Steve, he's been a big help with the car.

Thanks for the compliments everyone. Thing is robert1234, I am quite busy trying to learn how to build a .com with WordPress for my new company. Whereas I am very close to receiving my Patent Pending status for a much needed tool. Very nice. Is the plexie curved at the leading edge, or cut off flat with the remainder of the panel?
