Rodney Dickman's company is for sale. We would love to see it go to a Fiero enthusiast. Here is the latest from Rodney on facebook:
"rodneydickman.com is for sale. I've had it on bizbuysell for several weeks now. No solid interest yet. One guy that was interested is in upstate New York. An engineer that makes some motocross parts on the side. Has a CNC mill at his house. He said this might be the reason to quit his day job. I guess not. I've had a few like this. Interested but not willing to give up their day job. More than a few that contacted me do not have the ability or facility to manufacture the parts I make in house. My business provides a very nice income. I work out of my house. We are building a house in Todd Creek in a 55+ development. It is partially built now. I'm a few weeks from 65 and I want to enjoy some retirement. I'll stay involved as a consultant as long as I am here. My plan to is continue developing new parts as I need something to keep my busy. Just FYI in case a Fiero owner would be interested. An excellent opportunity for the right person. Would require about a $200,000 initial investment. I'm willing to finance some for the next several years."
The contact email for Rodney at the bottom of his website page is rodney@rodneydickman.com[This message has been edited by Midwest Fiero Clubs (edited 10-18-2021).]

He still sells great stuff and ships very fast. I got his 88 front wheel bearings earlier than his estimated time frame.

Yes better parts than most other choices out there, Id say. Of which for some parts, there are few.

Rodney prefers to sell to somebody regional, for easier logistics during transition obviously.
Its a very nice turn-key business, I hope whoever buys it continues the quality parts and service.

Thanks for the heads up. It may be "old news" to some but many of us didn't catch it the first time.

The person that purchases Rodney Dickmans business would have to be a machinist with a machine shop. Its a $200,000 investment so a special buyer with the money and the expertise to fabricate/manufacture is needed. ------------------ " THE BLACK PARALYZER" -87GT 3800SC Series III engine, custom ZZP /Frozen Boost Intercooler setup, 3.4" Pulley, Northstar TB, LS1 MAF, 3" Spintech/Hedman Exhaust, P-log Manifold, Autolite 104's, MSD wires, Custom CAI, 4T65eHD w. custom axles, Champion Radiator, S10 Brake Booster, HP Tuners VCM Suite. Hope he finds a good buyer.
I used his parts over 10 years ago, sold those cars and this year bought another fiero. First place I visited on the net to see what's available incase I needed it was Rodney's site. I did end up buying every 88 coolant hose and the coolant crossover because mine was rusted out and the hoses were all old. All fit pretty much perfectly, and in the case of the crossover being SS, it was an upgrade over stock.[This message has been edited by 02greens10 (edited 10-22-2021).]
