Florida Fiero Weekend?! (Page 1/1)

Hi all!! It's been forever since I was last on this sight, but was wondering if there is still an annual Florida Fiero Weekend held at Daytona every March?
I sold my last Fiero back in 2007 and would love to look/meet/talk Fiero's again in Daytona. LMK, thanks!

I recall those shows, was at Daytona in 1991 and the show was pretty big at that time. About three or four clubs participated. It was part of a larger car show. I have heard little about it of late

Last year when I went the Fiero turnout was dismal, but with Covid, maybe expected as was the year before. No one or club wanted to pick up the reigns for pushing the show, so nothing has been planned. The Spring Turkey show is still planned $45 for show cars at the gate or $10 for entry to wander around the grounds.

What would you guys think about organizing one? I was thinking about Pensacola and doing a drive to the NavalAviation museum, see the Blue Angels, dinner ar McGuires, breakfast somewhere the next day, Elgin armament museum, Special Operations Airpark museum, drive to beaches and dinner, breakfast on Sunday and depart.

Just a thought.

I believe the Fiero get together was part of the Turkey event, Fieros were infield at turn 4, what a great time that was, most Fiero owners stayed at the same hotel on the beach as well.
Fieros came from all over the country.

Sounds like a good time, maybe a little busy, the Naval avaition stop is the best part of an afternoon unless you want to run through it. I how ever am not currently in the country (be back in Spetember...maybe) but I would be down for a Fiero trip when I get back.
