Ok, not really out of the ordinary to find other stuff called "Fiero". So far I've seen matrasses, bicycles, pizza ovens and even alcoholic beverages called "Fiero". So when I stumbled upon this bike, I wasn't all to surprised. What did surprise me was their logo:
They didn't even bother to design their own...

That's just an artist's rendering. The actual TVS Fiero uses a very different font. Just a nitpick, but it's not intellectual property theft to name the motorcycle Fiero either, at least in the US. There's this concept in IP law, I forget the name, but it basically says that if two things are different enough that no reasonable person would mistake them, they can share the same name. For example, Avatar the TV show vs. Avatar the movie series. Different enough that nobody will mistake kung fu teenagers with blue cat people. Anyway, there are probably more TVS-Suzuki Fieros on the road than Pontiac Fieros ever made at this point since they built hundreds of thousands of TVS-Suzuki Fieros from 2000 to ~2010 in multiple countries. They're a blast to ride, from what I've been told.

Calling it Fiero is fine. Using the exact same font/logo GM used without their permission is IP theft.

These bike have been used for years in India.
Who knows GM may have sold them the use for a period of time.
Also the name is not the same it is a bit different in shape. GM also may have not registered it in India.[This message has been edited by hyperv6 (edited 06-05-2022).]
