I’m finally at the point to install my NOS Jesel roller rockers into my SD4 and I’m looking for all the torque specs. I’m using the 437 head and have 14:1 compression if it changes any specs. Any help is appreciated, not trying to mess up a $1200 valve train. Better safe than sorry otherwise my plan was to go off what ARP has theirs set at

I looked in the Pontiac Performance Plus SD4 magazine. All I could find for valve train torque specs was: "Rocker Studs (Diamond)" .................65 ft. lbs. They seem to be basing this on the 433 head. I suspect there's not a great deal of difference.

I ended up finding that too in one of the magazines later on, now I’m wondering what the trunnion specs are, if I can’t find them I will go off what they have on their website for specs per each size bolt they recommend

My only concern is whether the specs they give are for steel heads or aluminum. Unless I'm misunderstanding...

Did you try contacting Jesel? They should be able to give you a spec based off fastener specs if they no longer have the information on hand
