Nice article about a Fiero LeMons racer. Author had previously raced an MR2 against this Fiero at LeMons races, and was offered a co-drive. Really liked the Fiero. Glad to see a positive (Mostly) article.

But wait.....I thought the Fiero was no good- and ALL of them caught fire within a week of purchase.....?!

Great article...Nice to see our car get some respect!

Very interesting. Supposedly making an estimated 200HP on the stock 2.8? Knowing Lemon's reputation for good-natured cheating, I'm guessing that's a 3.4 with a modified Fiero intake...

Didn't know that was a Dodge Shadow spoiler, but it looks good.

"Ugh, Fieros aren't good, and ugly kitcars, and gm sucks."

. . But this one is faster and better sorted than your MR2...

"Um, see but that's different."

Looks like that really is a Dodge Shadow spoiler.

Here's his upgrade list for 'about 200 HP':

quote
Its V6 is brought to life by a hot cam, ported heads, a bored-out throttle body and intake manifold, and short-tube headers.
