Or you could try that Mother's brand 'back to black' trim conditioner. I've used it on the cowling and it worked pretty good. Needs to be cleaned really well, first. Meguiers makes a similar product, I believe. I think the sail panel is a type plastic that it would work for, but not totally sure.

The black trim paint by mar hyde works pretty well.

Depends. If they are 84 panels. Mine were brown and faded. I scrubbed and treated with black trim conditioner till they were back to normal. Now I maintain with trim treatment or 303. These are a rubber based material.

The later is just plastic and paint is the best option.
