Hi - Will a 2.8 run safely on E10 fuel the UK has changed it for just over a year now but I am just starting to put my Fiero back on the road - there is petrol stations that still sell the standard unleaded but most are this E10.

US fuel has been 10% for quite some time, no real issues. Store your car with a full tank of gas to prevent rusting on the inside.

Fiero and many others build for US and other markets will take E10 max without problems. Even in most owners manuals.
E15 to E85 or more is only for Flex Fuel.
Never use Methanol in most vehicles. Not even ones sold as Flex Fuel.
