I am getting a list together to order suspension parts for my 1988 Fiero 4 cylinder 2.5l. Even though this car only has 19k original miles, many suspension and steering parts need to be replaced.
I just had to replace the front stabilizer links because the lower bushing under the sway bar was just gone. The stabilizer bolts on both sides would pop up and down and sounded like loose change when driving.
The bushings in the lower control arm looked like a dog chewed them too.
Anyway, I want to get a list together to get suspension parts.
Concerning the outer tie rod ends… Finding the front outer, but nothing for the rear. They are either listed as Front outer, or just as Outer Tie Rod End.
Are the front and rear outer tie rod ends the same?

The 88 does not have any rear tie rods. It has two lateral links and 1 trailing link per side.
