Heh heh, you can tell she's new to "wrenching", but I can appreciate that she's just learning. I'll give her "A" for effort!

So Todd... when you loosen fuel filter fuel line connections, do you use just one wrench?

Reduce Volume or Eliminate background music.
Causes problems to hear the speaker for many to start and auto close caption and translation often won't work even when uploader doesn't disable them.

YT and other auto CC and Translate uses Speak 2 Text and fail w/ any background noise.
Even Dragon S2T that the "best" hate background noise picked up by any mic.

Yes, I've got to agree with that. The background music should be w-a-a-a-a-y in the background, not competing with the narration.

All fine and good to empty the tank if the pump works. But most people have a bad pump if they are changing it.

I would add alternatives to how to empty the tank.

Yeah, I totally agree... I'm really, really under the weather today, and just wanted to get the video out because the grandparents are here and wanted to see it. So I kind of rushed it (normally my daughter would be doing most of the editing). But I'll keep that in mind for the next half. She's already reinstalled it into the car, so I have to do that video.

I really like how your daughter is doing these videos...very well done!

Back in 2014 a friend of mine was retiring and I wanted to get the side scoops on the Fiero to show him before he left. Asked my GF's twins (12 years old) to help me.....The boy was watching Top Gear all the time and went nuts when I took him to car museums, shows, etc....The daughter was not into cars.

The daughter got in a wheel-well and started wrenching- held up her hand "Don't bother me!"....The boy was in the backyard throwing sticks and rocks around- never touched the car.

The daughter plays Piano, Violin, Viola, etc....will try almost anything.

The boy will never amount to anything- except in his own (Inflated) head.

I experienced the same thing years ago when my ex-girlfriend's two kids were young. Her daughter was 1-1/2 years younger than her son, but the daughter was WAY more advanced. Girls seem to mature a whole lot earlier than boys... and unfortunately, some boys never grow up.

My (now ex) GF grew up really poor- so she decided to give her kids EVERYTHING they could want....The girl turned out good in spite of this....The boy thinks the world should revolve around him...Throws a fit if he is asked to do anything.

We were up at Lava Beds NM checking out Fleener chimneys (Splatter cone vents) and he spotted a ladder "Why is that ladder here?" I told him, "Because some fools throw garbage down inside".....Walking away, we hear something, turn look back, he's standing there with a big smile on his face- and doesn't have his water bottle anymore....

He is 22 now and still living with mommy...The daughter is at college and doesn't have to deal with him anymore.

Yeah... it's interesting how this works.

I've often heard that if you deprive a child of something, they'll seek to compensate for that when they're older. But if you give them plenty of something when they're younger, they don't overly seek it out as much. So... people who sometimes grow up poor become irresponsible with money because they spend it all since they want to have the luxuries they didn't have when they were younger... but it can be the opposite, those who had luxuries as a child, expect to have it as an adult (even if they have no means for which to pay for it).

With my daughter, I give her plenty of opportunities as it applies to things educational. I reward her for getting straight As also... but don't buy frivolous things... or I'll let her get something frivolous once in a while, and let her realize how cheap / wasteful it is. Sometimes my daughter will tell me that I'm wasting money when I take them out for dinner, so I'm doing SOMETHING right, I hope... haha.
