87 fiero (Page 1/1)

I have a 1987 Pontiac Fiero 2.5 l.
And like clock work every day. After 5 o'clock PM. I lose my brakes.
And I did an oil change on 6 4 23. Then when to go drive to work? On 6 5 2023, and the car stall each time I went to go put it into gear. Somebody else suggested a bad break. Booster or a vacuum Leak anywhere in the car. But I guess before I make the decision to sell it. I'd like to know if anybody around concord NH can come take a look at it with me and figure out what the issue is otherwise I have an 87 fiero for sale 😆

Just don't drive after 5 PM.

Seriously it sounds like a leak in a vacuum line or the booster diagram is out. I would check both to see if it is holding a vacuum then go from there if it is ok.

Large vacuum leaks can stall a car out if it is too lean. Or it can idle higher.

Are you local to concord NH and could take a look at it with me? I'm new to these things and I work a lot so I don't have much time for it and I've already posted it for sale due to this and I'd hate to see it go

Note to Fiero enthusiasts 4:59 pm is the limit for Fiero breaking.

Can you provide a time zone so we know when to stop driving?
