Help identifying "Turbo" Rims from a 1984? (Page 1/1)

I was given my dream car by my dad, I noticed he called these Turbo hubcaps, I was wondering if I could get some information on them.

They should be 13" turbo alloy wheels. That was an option on the 84 and 85 model only.
