Ran it pretty hard at autoX today, noticed this in the video. Not sure if that's a good thing or not but I'm picking up a tire!

HAHA! That's awesome.

When I watch F1 racing, the F1 cars almost always three-wheel it around some of the turns. The fact that you didn't realize it shows how solid the body is around those curves.

You do that with a 1973 Oldsmobile Delta-88 and the wheels are always touching the ground because of how much flex in the body there is:

Not in a Fiero but I’ve seen it done big time with early Scirroco’s. Rears of course…

I'm choosing to call all that body flex a feature. It's pretty cool the Fiero with the stock front bar and no rear can pick a whole tire up like that. Curious to see if thatll get worse with a rear bar installed

When I was a teenager, it felt like my 86 Grand Am did this when I turned into our neighborhood. It was a basic model with a very soft suspension, something I hated about that car, especially at that age.
As a new driver I'd try to come in fast but then I'd jam the brakes while making a hard right turn. The way that floating mattress leaned and dived made the whole car feel like it was standing on the left front tire. I don't know if the right rear lifted off - it might have still been able to touch the ground but not enough to do anything.
So in my case it wasn't skill, just bad driving with how I jammed the brakes while turning. Your picture is more impressive.

When I got my first Fiero, the first time I took that corner, I was taking it easy and without feeling like I'd even pushed it, I still left the corner at a higher speed than I'd ever done in that Grand Am. I went from the softest grandma Grand Am ever made to a WS6 4cyl Fiero, so it was like a night and day difference how it felt in a turn.
