| Where can we buy new spare tires? (Page 1/2) |

I don't know if this kid was just being a dick... but I took my daughter's Fiero spare tire into Tires Plus, and they told me they don't do those. The kid said you have to go to the manufacturer, I was like... yeah... sure.
Is this common? Are tire shops unwilling to change out emergency spare tires? He then proceeded to tell me that they sell them already assembled from the dealer, which also seems ridiculous.
So, anyway... before I put the spare tire back in, I'd like to replace it... anyone have any ideas?

There was a post on this a while ago and yes they are available.The stock size is T125/70 D15. ------------------

I use Discount Tires and they won't even fix a flat on ten year old tires. Then again, Discount tire would not even refill the air pressure when my Wife's car need it. The pressure was too low they said.
I usually go to a used tire shop to get that done.
