Just wanted to preach the merits of “Plas-T-Pair”. (or “Plast-Aid”) I used to rely on “two ton epoxy” for various plastic/wood/metal repairs but I found that this stuff dries much faster, fills cavities & voids better, can be sanded or drilled at will and can be “poured” into a mold to make parts and is stronger than most epoxies. To give you an example of its ability and strength (and to keep this Fiero related 😊) see pics below of a side scoop Im repairing. As you can see, there is very little fiberglass in the scoop top edge for it to adhere to yet it’s holding strong. Kit

I forgot to post a pic of the product I’m talking about…. (about $32-34 on Amazon in the “big” size but you could do a lot of repairs with this size) Also, I used it to repair a tear in one of my lower rockers and it worked just fine despite the flexibility of the rocker material. Kit

Here’s another job I used the Plastic-T-Pair for. (see pics below) As a reminder, you need to have certain tools in order to do a proper job. They are: painters tape, aluminum tape, an Exacto knife and patience. And you need to start learning how to build “forms” or “walls” so that you are containing the “runny” plastic mixture into the areas you want it to go and “set” in. Oh, and don’t forget the all important task of scoring all areas where the glue is going into. 😊

Hi KIt!! Same same here. Only thing that really changes is how many fieros are here.
------------------ Logic doesn't mean correct or right. For example: Punching someone in the face until they no longer think the way they did before is effectively changing their mind in a statistically positive way.
