There have been quite a few, actually. I've seen a pickup and a Caddy, plus some customs that were streetable as well.

Theres a guy here thats got a Chevy S10 PU with 2 engines he drives on the street. Theyre both inline with the fronts flywheel bolted to the rears crank front. He moved the dash to the rear about a foot and seats are beside the rears bell housing.

(just before someone calls me a liar ) Nice job on yours btw from what I can see.

The engines in Ivo's dragster below were refered to as nailheads because their valves were so small.I've seen pictures of that car as a station wagon, and was it sharp looking !

This post is ahead of the following post because I double posted earlier and didn't want to waste Cliff's space.I hope that explanation was clear enough.(Look at Roger's post first !)

Tommy Ivo built a drag car in the 60s that had 4 Buick engines.

At the risk of helping The person may wish to see Chevelles of that vintage remaining close to stock, not custom.

Some Indy Fiero owners here are the same way, almost crying foul when I mentioned putting a Northstar V8 and a 6 speed auto in one.
