There have been quite a few, actually. I've seen a pickup and a Caddy, plus some customs that were streetable as well.

The engines in Ivo's dragster below were refered to as nailheads because their valves were so small.I've seen pictures of that car as a station wagon,and was it sharp looking !

At the risk of helping The person may wish to see Chevelles of that vintage remaining close to stock, not custom.
Some Indy Fiero owners here are the same way, almost crying foul when I mentioned putting a Northstar V8 and a 6 speed auto in one.
