I have no clue what those components are. Do you have a Haynes manual for the Ramcharger? Do you have another Ramcharger buddy close by? I bought my truck from a Honda mechanic that bought a non-running vehicle by taking a similar running vehicle with him and swapping components until he got it running. I wouldn't hack up the exhaust. Some have checked for plugged cats buy removing O2 sensors.

Coils get hot during use and can temporarily fail if they overheat.
How's your fuel pump? Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and watch what happens when it dies. Make sure the gauge stays on the outside of the truck in case it leaks. Did you replace the fuel filter? How's the strainer in the tank? Is the tank venting properly (drive it with the cap loose and see what happens)? Is the float bowl vent in the carb plugged? How's the needle and seat? Fuel line kinked anywhere? Any rust holes letting air into the fuel line? Vapor lock? Is the fuel line really close to the exhaust anywhere?
Can you tell I think it may be a fuel problem? Good luck.

Clogged muffler? Maybe bad cat and muffler? Can you temporarily rig up some mufflers or straight pipes off of the manifolds to see if that clears it up? Maybe take them loose at the manifolds and blow compressed air through the tailpipe?
