Got home today and for some reason when I came arround my galant I glanced at the right rear.... not sure why just did. quite flat. so now there is a gouge where the sidewall was rubbing on the ground. luckaly the two fronts are in great shape the rears I would replace by next summer either way but this crap has come at a terrible time.... (mortgage and insurance and credit card bill) (I use my credit card like a debit... just doing it to gain credit so I dont want a lecture about how terrible credit cards are.) So I need good advice on tires that are less than 125 per and good all arround.

Thanks guys.
BTW the tire isnt flat I just dont feel safe driving with that size gouge in the wall.

I go to a very nice tire dealer who will hold on to used tires that are still good, but have been replaced.
I have saved big bucks at times by doing so, especially for my truck.
He can't guarantee having the size you need, but he keeps an eye open if you ask for a certain size.

Go to aftermarket wheel stores. They might sell the used ones.

Search Craigslist or other local classifieds maybe?
Or if you want new ones, I have a older version of these on my Eldorado and they work well.

Not sure if they have your size though..

Look on local Craigslist. I went to a local tire store here that specializes in used tires. I got new wheels for the Mercedes and needed different size than the new tires already on it. I paid $150 for a set of 4 Michelins with about 2/3s of tread left. Included mounting, balancing and new stems on all of them. Much better than $600 plus $75 mnt & bal from another store.

Stop into a Discount Tire if you have one in your area. I have gotten used tires from them a bunch of times for the work car. Their new tire prices are usually very good too.

I am getting most likely Goodyear eagle GT tires from amazon and we have prime so its free shipping. Then we have a family mechanic who we pay cash and it will cost me 20 bucks to get the mounted and balanced.
I'm using that tire because its the kind on my fiero and I love them.
