Ford Escort Auto Trans issue (Page 1/1) Zoll OCT 09, 02:43 PM My gf's 1998 2.0 sohc automatic stopped working yesterday. She says it was driving fine with no issues and suddenly it slowed down and no longer moved in any gear. No reverse either. I haven't had a chance to really look at it, but others are suggesting its the whole transmission.
