FYI, just got done installing heated seat kit to the HHR. Pretty straight forward. If anyone is going to tackle something like this, I recommend keeping a set of hog rings and pliers on hand. I had a set left over from installing a set of Mr. Mikes covers. I have used them on the Sebring (installed heated seats) and on this HHR. You could use zip ties, but it is easier with the hog rings.

I never understood heated seats in a car/truck. I have heated seats on my bike (and I ride down to below freezing) and I rarely use them.

I use the heated seats in my daily driver to help unknot my back on the way home from work. Sometimes it's just because they're leather and get pretty nippy when the cold weather comes along.

You live too far south
Here, by the time you get to work, the car is just warming up.... but the seat warms you yup much sooner.

Sorry, no pics, but if you need support, just let me know. It wasn't hard, just time consuming.
