A neighbor of mine has a 1993 F250 and needs some help. His power steering does not squeal like most Fords . He has good assist turning left, but not turning right. Actually, turning right it is non existant. I plan on looking at it for him in a few days, and just looking for advice if someone may have any answers.
I plan to look for leaks, and to rebleed the system before I start removing parts. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Probably a stuck valve in the power steering box! Seeing as it has power to the left, but not right... My guess would be the box. Try a flush and bleed and see if it can get dislodged

The bolts holding the box are always fun. Definitely flush and bleed first. Thanks for chiming in.

I have a 95 F150, and we replaced the steering box with the engine out. Seems like about the only way to do it. (It still whines)
