99 olds intrigue, rough idle, p0102 cel (Page 1/1) Justin Heileman NOV 12, 07:25 PM 99 Olds Intrigue 3.8. Intermittently it idles real rough and sometimes dies. When it does it sometimes you hear a sound like the engine is trying to suck air through the throttle body. (Loud) I get a code P0102. In the last year, I have replaced the MAF sensor twice and the car went back to running fine. Now I am having the same problem again. All my wires and vacuum hoses look fine to me. Any ideas how to fix this for good? l67ss DEC 03, 10:57 PM Could be a couple things. Vacuum leak at intake. Possible cat issues. Or it could just be your ending up with defective mafs. Is it a 3.5 or a 3.8?
