Hi all,
The radio (stock Delco) in my mom's car works, but the lcd display does not light up. I've checked all fuses in the panel for lights, power antenna and radio, and all are good. Is there a separate fuse on the unit itself for illumination?
Thanks, Pat

I doubt it. Time for either a new LED board or a new radio. You might try www.replacementradios.com for replacement or repair. I think it's owned by a current/former PFF member. Can you take a pic of the radio? That might give us an idea of what other radios would be a direct fit.

I'll post a pic of it this week, if I'm not buried under a glacier.

I'll bet other GM radios (not necessrily Buick only) will fit, maybe with some very minor modifications. Did you call Replacement Radios, yet? Basically, you can fit any 1.5 DIN in that spot. You might go bone yard hunting for something that looks similar out of a similar year car (any GM).

Yes, I recently fitted a Delco radio from an old Caddy into my Fiero. I haven't called them yet, but I will.
