Very Easy..They are both a Iso Grifo Rivolta. The one in the back is a 70's model and the one in the foreground is a 1990 concept car.
And here is the newest Iso Grifo Rivolta concept.To look more like the original one.

Wow! Just read up on the car and company history. Really cool. There is a company in the US still making tribute cars too if you really wanted one, 5 have been produced. Looks like a TVR 390SE the TVR 400SE is allso nice. Google TVR 390SE or TVR 400SE for Photos.After searching Google Images for Iso Grifo Rivolta, the Rivolta looks closer to your posted Image. [This message has been edited by James Bond 007 (edited 05-02-2014).]
