But I did find a temp. sensor in front of the A/C condenser. Its part number was 56042395 which is referred to as an ambient temp. sensor. I tested with an ohm meter and it seemed to be working based on numbers found online. It's just a domed plastic piece with a plug on one side and a thread and nut on the other. I broke mine when I removed the battery tray once...
