They arent proper VW and seem to be a smaller scale, almost kid sized. They didnt have VW emblems. Wonder if these were produced for road use, or maybe just custom made for parades? Three or 4 wheels but t-i-n-y with micro sized motors (generally 2 or 3 cyl, well under a liter). They're not legal on some roads as they don't get much faster than about 30mph but there have been a few staff that have driven them to work. Neat little "trucks" (and I use that term very loosely).
