It runs for about 30 minuets then dies and you can't start it until you let it sit for about 10-15 minuets. I'm looking at buying it from my neighbor for 400$ and that's the only issue with it anyone have an idea what might be the issue

I wonder if "electronic ignition module" also applies to Korean cars of this era. Have you checked for codes? [This message has been edited by carnut122 (edited 04-20-2014).]

Its OBD2, so get a scanner on it and see what the sensors are doing right up until it dies. And check for codes, of course.
I'd also check for fuel and fire after it dies. No fuel & fire, probably crank/cam sensor or possibly ecm. No spark, but fuel, could could be coil pack. Spark but no fuel, could be fuel pump over-heating/dieing or the relay for it doing the same.[This message has been edited by Stubby79 (edited 04-22-2014).]

So far ive replaced the CTS and the ignition coils to no avail. the car will run and drive great for 10-20 minuets then all of a sudden just cut out and wont start up again for at least a half hour. im thinking fuel pump or CPS but i figure if it was the CPS it wouldnt start, ever and the fuel pump could be getting hot and just dying but if fuel pressure was low it wouldnt run as well as it does. It definatly isint the alternator or battery though an electrical short or a bad relay is in the realm of possibility. it had a check engine light but went away after i replaced the CTS. My mother read somewhere on the internet that it was the "brain box" but i highly doubt the ECU is bad i pulled it out and none of the connector pins were burnt. And this just in as i was typing this i got a phone call, they tried to jump it with one of those quick jump boxes and fried the battery. im going to start tearing off body panels looking for a short

Well, the fuel pump did die but didn't change the condition after it was replaced, suspect crankshaft position sensor.
Edit to say I replaced the CPS and it worked car no longer dies[This message has been edited by Fadingaway (edited 05-04-2014).]
