S10 ABS light and codes. (Page 1/1) carnut122 AUG 12, 08:45 PM My 94 S10 4.3L V-6 had an intermittent ABS light that became permanent last week. I shorted the ABS prong on the computer port (ADL connector) to ground and received the following codes in this order: 21, 27,23,25,12. On a pcm scan a 12 is a "normal" code. Anybody know if a 12 is the same for this year and make when associated with the ABS (I Googled it and the response varies by make and who is posting the info)? The other codes are for each of the 4 wheel sensors and indicate an "open circuit or high voltage." Since all four wheel sensors are affected, is it safe to assume the open circuit is probably the ground? I rotated tires and switched out the oil pressure sensor prior to this issue cropping up, so I'm thinking I might have bumped a wire connector. Anybody have any thoughts?
