Still looking for a newer car. Was wondering about a 02 audi tt quattro. I'm 6'3" ,does it have much leg room ? A miata definantly won't work in the leg room catagory. ------------------ 85 GT 3.4 14.9 @ 90 1.9 60' Old TH125/3.06 Unknown New 4T60/3.42

I learned to drive stick in a 2005 TT Quatro. The outward visibility is terrible, but the interior is beautiful, the shifter on the manual feels great, handling is excellent for an AWD, and doing 125 feels like 80. I'm sure parts prices are ridiculous. Plenty of legroom for me, but I'm 5'7.
There was also a class action suit against the 1.8 Turbo engines. The timing belts would fail prematurely. My cousin actually experienced this on his 1.8T VW Golf, he claimed it broke a camshaft.

Each person is built differently. Best to test drive
Look up reviews on the model year you are interested in, talk to your local shop to see if they can service it and then go from there.

looked at one 2 weeks ago, I am 6 ft, it fit nice with the top down, felt a little tight with top up. Only reason I didn't buy it was unable to fit golf clubs in trunk
