My new daily driver (Page 1/1)

My 2006 HHR LT was traded in . After eight + years and 138,300 miles with no issues I bought a 2015 Hyundai Tucson.

A bit bigger and it barely fits into the garage with the Fieros.

I've just spent most of the day loading many CDs onto a flash drive. (I actually found a program on my computer that did it easily. I get 3 months satellite XM which I guess is OK, but there are only a few stations I'd be listening to on the list. Also voice activated controls for radio and Bluetooth and the owners manual will tell more, all 800 pages.

Yes its a nice looking vehicle, I like the wheels! Eventually these dealers are going to have to have classes on how to operate these new hi tech systems they keep adding on new vehicles, I'm still figuring out how to operate our 2014 Escape, 828 Pages. (edit) Are you going to race the Tucson at Watkins Glen? lol !

I doubt that I would take the Tucson onto the Watkins Glen track. The HHR, with my driving skills, was not that great a track car. I should have taken a ride with a pace car driver, as those that did, received a lot of information on the how to drive the course, where to brake or where to accelerate. I had planned on driving my 88 GT to Watkins Glen but there were some mechanical issues with the car and I didn't think a 3000+ mile road trip would have been a wise move.

I have only driven the car 120 miles so far, so I'm trying to get a feel for how the car handles.

I did look at the Escape and couldn't make up my mind. I just knew I wanted another "station wagon" type car.
