Hi i have an electrical problem in my 68 c10, my windshield wipers and radio for some reason seem to be drawing power from the battery and im not sure why, can someone please help? Thank you!

The radio is usually on an unswitched circuit in older vehicles. You might want to consider putting it onto a switched circuit. The wipers are usually switched. Maybe a contact has welded itself shut? Feel the wiper motor to see if it feels warm compared to nearby sheetmetal. If it's warm, it's drawing a current.
