The most beautiful car ever (In YOUR Opinion) (Page 1/4)
cvxjet FEB 14, 10:00 PM
We all have differences in automotive taste- both engineering/design and in styling....What I am hoping to see here is what you think was the best-styled car ever- in your opinion.

My first car-love was the Pantera- my dentist bought one in 1972 and I fell hard for it...I think it is one the best looking cars ever. But, my all-time favorite car, styling-wise, is the Lamborghini Miura. I think it is just as well-styled as you could possibly make a car. I especially like the dip in the trunk between the fenders...Also, it was (Apparently) the first car to have rear-window louvers. Here is a couple of pics of one;

Now, what is the best looking car in YOUR opinion? Lets see some (Other) cars!

I have an all time favorite but only for the front end of the car. Does that qualify?
If so, I love the front “brow” of the Alfa Romeo Montreal! Anyone able to post a pic of it?😀

Always wanted a 1972 Cuda something about them. Thought they were beautiful and have been out of my reach for years now.

I went to a Mercury dealer in 1971 looking for a Montego Cyclone and they had a Pantera in the showroom. I wanted it bad but it was out of my league then and still is today. Then came the 308 Ferrari thanks to Magnum PI, it must be the flying buttresses. The 308 is my all time favorite, it was also out of my reach. Thanks to Bob Bracey and his company I now have a Pontiac Mera which has the look I love without the expense of maintaining an Italian car.

Always has been, probably always will be. There isn't a bad line or angle on the car. The designer, Giorgetto Giugiaro, almost EVERY time I see a car design I like, he's behind it. IMO this was his best work.

Peter Stevens and Marcello Gandini also did great work in automotive design.

GT40 MKII Ken Miles Daytona 1966

'nuff said

Ken Miles should have won the 1966 Le Mans race but he was screwed out of it by Ford executives wanting a "3 abreast" Photo finish...He would have been the only driver to win the 24 hours of Daytona, the 12hours of Sebring and the 24 hours of Le Mans in the same year.....a few months later he died while testing the Ford J car.

I have always thought that Ford should have made a "Ken Miles Special Edition" of the Ford GT to honor him...

1992 lotus in red. I hate the interior but the outside is amazing.

I suspect you are talking about the Lotus Esprit...The confusion lies in that Lotus was also producing the Elan M100 in 1992, which was Lotus' only FWD car. Interestingly, the M100 looks like what I thought the next gen Fiero should have looked like.
