I forgot to "subscribe to topic" and I'm just checking this thread now since my last reply so thanks a bunch everyone above for listening and trying to identify. I have a 30GB Zune and I have around 10,000 songs on it with all the correct albums, song titles & genres. It sucks that I have just this one with no info and I had to give it this for the album cover

thats what ive got for the lyrics... all i can figure out edit: it does sound simillar to eddie vedder meets weezer but i dont think so. i think this is a home town band made a one song hit and made it to the radio... never went farther[This message has been edited by BlackGT Codde (edited 08-15-2012).]

I got excited when I received the e-mail that I had a reply to this topic. Thanks for listening and you're likely right about some random garage band. It made enough popularity to be played on MusicChoice though. Looks like I'll be taking this one to the grave

I keep being drawn back to Superdrag... there are many elements about the song that make me think of them. However I can't seem to place what album it would be, and there are some LPs/EPs/early recordings I don't have that may contain the answer.
Course on the other hand I could just be wrong too.
