I'm ready to part with this VERY hard to find Hotwheels Boulevard series Delorean. The Auto-Case is included. This car was a Hotwheels test production car. It is stamped on the hood with pre production numbers. It is #50 in the test run. This car was NEVER meant for sale to the public. I purchased this car directly from a seller in Malaysia. No B.S. This car is one of a very, very limited set. Someone dug it out of the trash can at the Hotwheels factory. Think about that. This is the ONLY pre production Delorean I have seen thus far. I have 2 pre production Boulevard Fieros. This will give you an idea of the Deloreans rarity.
This is headed for Ebay if i can't find a reasonable offer here!
TYVM for your time!

Are you looking for over $100 on it? I can't say that I'll start the bidding there, but I could move some stuff around in my collection if that is your ballpark. I like the Fiero, too. Nice collection you have.

I have been scouring the web looking for a price base on these cars with very little luck. Lets just say that a potential buyer would not like what I've found thus far. The closest thing to these cars I could find was selling for $499.98!! LMAO, I'm nowhere near that AT ALL. Further those sales were publicly released for auction. These cars were not meant for the public. You can see some details on the Fiero that are not present on the car they released.
Honestly I wish someone could find some similar sales so we could get a priceline. I knew these cars would have some value I just had no idea how much. I'm trying to get back in touch with my source in Malaysia, but a certain website has deleted any and all messages/discussions and pics pertaining to these cars! LOL I guess they aren't too happy about me having them. I think the seller may have been banned from that website as I cannot PM them anymore! ...
I will keep trying to reach my source and hopefully someone can find another similar sales!

Heres what I've found thus far...

I fully understand that asking price and sold price are two completely different things. This is just what I've found thus far.
I will include in the deal one production loose Hotwheels Boulevard Delorean and one carded. That way a buyer could display them all together. I'm just waiting for the nice mail lady to drop the other cars off! When they arrive I will post pics of all three Deloreans together.
Thans for reading and have a great day!

The extra 2 Boulevard Deloreans that will go with this pre production Delorean came in the mail today. Both are in mint condition and still new in package. I've decided that I will not open either of the carded cars. I will leave that to the buyer. They can open the packages if they like.
So it's a Very, very rare Hotwheels pre production test Boulevard Delorean that was never meant for the public. Also 2 new in mint packages Boulevard Deloreans. Plus the car case that the pre productions in.
This may be the perfect sales for Ebay I'm starting to think. Much broader market is all, more exposure.
Pics of the package deal forthcoming...
Edit to add blurry cell phone pics...srry. Better camera forthcoming...

Well upon initial examination I can see 2 visible differences so far. Thats with out taking one of the carded cars out of the box.
The first difference is the moulding stripe on the side. The pre production car has a very thin line, the production car has a much wider bolder line.
The next, and a very big difference is the paint jobs. The pre production car actually has the more acurate color IMO, while the production car actually has a blueish tint to the paint job! A very remarkable difference in the two cars.
Comparing them makes me really, really wanna open one of the production cars! I may have 1 more production car coming and maybe I will open that one. I'll have to wait and see on that last car though.
edit..dang typo.
edit DANG! I didn't get that 3rd car...sigh. I missed the end of the auction and someone beat me up by $1.50...sigh.
edit again srry not trying to bump my own thread is why I edit. I actually won the 3rd Boulevard Delorean with a Ebay second chance offer! Lol The auction winner must be pissed, I would be. Anyway I will open the worst of the 3 and do some serious comparisons, I think.[This message has been edited by weloveour86se (edited 09-07-2012).]

Sorry everyone but heres the deal.
We will NOT be posting any results of our comparisons between the pre production car and the production car here or anywhere else. Proprietary secrets, sorry to anyone that may have been waiting for those results. If your really interested $$$ talks.
Please understand that I got my arse chewed by Momma here for even posting this car for sale. So I'm in no hurry to part with the car unless theres a legitimate offer I can persuade her with.
Sorry everyone it's nothing personal, just business.
