2004 Volkswagen New Beetle GLS Convertible (Page 1/1) Meatstick62 NOV 02, 08:16 PM I’m selling my wife’s 2004 New Beetle GLS Convertible. We're big VW fans and have loved this car tremendously but life changes mean that we have to let this car go to a new home. The odometer currently reads 90k miles and we are the second owner. We purchased this car in 2011 when we lived in Florida. The previous owners were snowbirds from Connecticut and spent their winters in Florida with this car. Last winter was probably one of the only ones this car has seen and it spent 90% of it in the garage. This car looks great and in great shape. It rides smoothly, the alignment is great, and the steering is tight. The car looks good inside and out. -2.0L engine, 6 speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic mode -Aquarius Blue (light blue, a very desirable color for these cars) exterior, paint is in good shape with only a few small blemishes -Second owner, garage kept until September of this year -Excellent condition convertible top that works very smoothly -Black leather interior with cold weather package (heated seats and heated power side view mirrors) -Monsoon sound system with CD changer -Good set of quality Pirelli all season tires, probably 50-60% life left -A/C blows cold and strong. Heat and window defrosters work great. -Always maintained at VW dealer by previous owner and I’ve always changed the oil at the proper service intervals using a new filter and fully synthetic oil -We have the owner’s manual, original window sticker, and a clean Carfax history of the car from when it was new through when we purchased it at 64k miles.
