Like some of you may seen in "The Other Cars" section, ive been working on a Model A rat rod project for a little while. Due to certain reasons, i can no longer keep the project. I have it on eBay: http://r.ebay.com/Q7AiVW and this is the description:
You are Bidding on a 1930/1931 Ford Model A rat rod project. This auction includes mostly everything you need to make a rat rod rolling chassis! The frame is completely solid and straight and is in great condition. The front crossmember is the only thing that needs to be replaced. The frame has been wire-wheeled, rust-proofed, and shot with DTM (Direct To Metal) black primer. The project has many brand new speedway parts that will attach the drivetrain to the frame, as well as the whole rear suspension. The solid front end is from a 1930 Model A. Its a rust free piece and the wishbones have been spit and bungs welded into each end for the heim joints. Also comes with the original transverse leaf spring which would make a great rear buggy leaf suspension.
The project comes with a 79 305 SBC engine and trans from a 1979 Chevy Camaro. The engine was just pulled this weekend ( 11/24/2012) and was working great right when I pulled it. The engine has the original harness sill attached to it as well. In addition to the engine and trans, the project also comes with a 79 Camaro rear end, driveshaft, and gas tank. All pieces are solid and in good working condition.
