My cousin has a theater in his house and he did his an interesting way. He put up his ceiling, drilled like 1/4" holes all over it at random, painted it black and hung some flouresent lights above it. With all the other lights out to watch a movie, it looks like your outside under the stars. Good luck selling what you can, you can do interesting things with them.
