Thank you for looking. I no longer need this Ipad. Works as day one. This is a 16gb wifi only unit that has been taken care of. Comes with cable as well. Please ask if you have any questions.
Never had an iPad (or any tablet). It obviously won't replace a computer but what can it do? Just watch TV and play some games? Will it work with any wifi (assuming it's not secured and/or I have the password)? Will it connect to a non-Apple computer? (My iPod will but I don't know if iPads are different.) Will it connect to my iPod? Does it have GPS like a smart phone does? (I can see using it while traveling for directions/maps.) Were their any limitations to/issues with the 1st gen iPads, in general (things that made it wonky)?

Ipads can do alot of things. It is nice for portabilaty. You can watch TV play games or use the productivity apps to manage alot of things
This will work with WiFi and you can secure it with a password.
It will connect to non apple computers as well. I am using it on a PC.
You connect it through itunes like your ipod.
There is no GPS on it. Never used it for that.
Did not have any limatations with it when I was using it. It all comes down to the software if there is limitations.
I did not see myself using it but after I got it it did all the things that I needed it to do and more. Its a fun piece of tech to have.
