I think its pretty good. Some ideas:
I'd make the font on the front page paragraph where it says "It Works Or Your Money Back..." white so its easier to read.
The rollover drop downs maybe should have a background color so they are easier to read. Also could they highlight when text in them is individually rolled over?
Maybe remove "Raleigh" from "NCs best gutter guard" and spell out North Carollina. Mentioning Raleigh specifically seems to limit your audience size. Unless you are quoting that it won some awards for best in Raleigh.
Should this say "+ tax"? - "Special $12 per foot: Cleaned, Installed & Tax"
