It's my in-laws' house in Quincy, Florida. My wife's mom passed away a few years ago, and her dad moved to assisted living. We love the house but my wife doesn't want to commute 25 miles to downtown Tallahassee. Hardwood floors throughout.

I would think the rural setting would be of interest to preppers.

Come with the riding mower? Nice looking home. Should sell.

Yah it would need to have a rider included. Nice now if I could only talk my wife into moving to florida.

Still available, and we've reduced the price. Now it's $239,900.
After the first of the year, the realtor told us a small group of elderly people were considering it for setting up a small version of assisted living, but then one of the group died. Dang, why could that have waited until after closing?

I keep looking at what's for sale, for our next house, when this one sells, but it's a waste of time because they come and they go. We just gotta sell this one first.

It is now going for $195,000. Somebody's going to get a steal.

Very nice home, amazing the vast difference in house prices in different parts of the country. Here is one that is similar to yours in my town. The realtors include basement square footage here, even though they shouldn't.

Well it's SOLD. Closing was today. We only got $150,000 for it. I told you someone was going to steal it.

Why would you think that? The only square footage that is not accounted for is non-liveable spaces, such as the garage, crawl space, attic, stairs, etc. Whether or not a full/half/partial basement is finished or not it is always included in the square footage of a home as it is a liveable space.

Not sure why you wouldn't include it.
