This is a SNAP-ON collectible KR-647 and KR-555B top and bottom tool box with small 5 drawer box. It has locks for the top and the bottom but I don't have keys. It has Snap-On emblems, drawer moldings, a handle on the left side, and four wheels that work. Should clean-up nicely. Photos are in craigslist post.
