This is a 2008 Pontiac G8 finished in Phantom Black metallic with the black interior. I’ve had this car stored indoors for nearly the last 4 years and brought it out of storage this past fall. This G8 looks as clean as a six year old vehicle because it was taken off the road when it was 6 years old. (Sold new May 2008) Car has had over $4,400 in new and recent parts and service including a new timing chain kit, new spark plugs, new air and cabin filters, throttle body and MAF sensor cleaning, new serpentine belt, coolant change, transmission fluid and filter change, brake pads and rotors front and rear, brake fluid change, new headliner, etc. All using OEM GM, AC Delco or other name brand parts. You shouldn't need major maintenance for another 100,000 miles. Mechanically it runs and drives great. The engine runs strong and feels smooth at idle, while accelerating and throughout the cruising range and it starts instantly whether hot or cold. The transmission shifts precisely at all speeds. The steering wheel is on dead center going down the road with no shakes or vibrations at speed, the brakes are firm with no pedal pulsations or pulling to one side when stopping and the suspension is tight. The A/C blows ice cold. When driven with restraint, you can top 30 MPG in steady highway driving. It has a recent 2/2020 Virginia safety inspection and emissions inspection good to February 2021. It’s in great condition inside and out and it hasn’t had any previous paint or bodywork. The Phantom Black metallic paint just about glows in the sun light. In the shade it looks like piano black and shines like glass. It has been cleaned with Meguiar’s Smooth Surface Clay System, polished with Meguiar’s Mirror Glaze cleaner polish and topped off with Meguiar’s Ultimate Synthetic Wax and then sealed with Meguiar’s Ultimate Fast Finish for a long lasting brilliant high gloss shine. The headlights were detailed with the 3M headlight polishing system for a crystal clear look. The interior is very clean too with no significant wear. The trunk doesn’t look like it was ever used and the engine compartment had been detailed and is clean enough to eat off of. It has a clean Carfax with two owners.
