This is pretty much the focus of the thread I believe? :
What is pluralism
Perhaps for the person searching it depends on what the point is to the person searching of and for believing in God?

Well, in a way, that is part of it. The focus is not on the validity of any religion, or religion in and of itself. I am trying to encourage people to think more deeply about their concept of God, beyond any specific religious belief. If one believes that God exists, he probably believes that God existed before religion, therefore God can exist without religion.
Introspection can fortify faith.

Think about each question, before reading the next question:
Did God create religion? Did He create all religions?next: Do you have faith in religion?next: Or faith in God?next:

It is all indeed an understanding question. So your claim is then that no one has it right? If so how about portions of it? etc.
But no God did not create religion, but Jesus did say "follow me", and "I am the way the truth and the life..."
But then do you believe in Jesus, and what he says?

For sure. How could he have created all if he wasn't there first.
We are warned of many false religions. Yes looking into them can reveal falsities.
I believe I see your point somehwhat. I think the focus has to be on the validity of claims as well. Be they yours, mine or an existing one. -Is kind of my point in response.
Introspection, but not only introspection.[This message has been edited by 2.5 (edited 02-28-2022).]

Well, no. I am not making any claim. I am just trying to provoke thought.

This is not about what I believe and I am not asking what anyone else believes. I want people to ask themselves what they believe.

Thomas was also asking, not preaching. He was asking the Preacher.

A good thing to do.
I was focusing on my answers to your initial questions.

The new forum section specifically includes religion, so I figured "Why not?"
And my middle name is Thomas.

The human mind is not able to grasp the concept of God, so it represents God in terms that it can understand. Then it tells these stories to other human minds and they store it in their minds. Eventually it gets wrote down then people edit the parts they don't like and start wars with those that don't like the edits.
I have billions of cells in my bodies, they are not aware that I am typing this to you. They are told to do a task and as team Jake_Dragon they follow my commands. Am I a God?
What if the universe was happy going about its thing then one "day" it asked what am I, who is this creature living on that small blue stone trying to understand me. What is that sound they are making? Is there a God or even several of them? Is there one universe?

Religion is Mans attempt at explaining God. Not the other way around. I have no faith in religion, its too full of people.
