I have posted about this many times here. Nobody cares, until they can use it to intimidate their adversaries.
Epstein and Hunter Biden have been accused of abusing underage girls. Last year, over 100,000 unaccompanied minors crossed the US/MX border.
Nobody cares.

So, if as the thread title says, Greta is better at stopping human trafficking, she should come down to the border and lend a hand. She would save more lives than her luxury yacht trips across the Atlantic ever have.
